You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use. You must be authorised to act for the farm or business you register.
You retain ownership of the farm and business data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. When you connect an agronomist or store, you authorise us to share the relevant data with them; you control and can revoke those connections.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.
The Farm Manager is a record-keeping and planning tool, not a source of agronomic, chemical, veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Spray records, rates, withholding periods, residual notes and recommendations are aids to your own record-keeping and decisions — they are not a substitute for the product label, a licensed agronomist, or current regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful use of agricultural and veterinary chemicals, including compliance with product labels, the APVMA, withholding periods, export slaughter intervals, and all applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws. Always read and follow the label.
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, maintain or change features over time.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, crop or livestock loss, or losses arising from your reliance on data or recommendations in the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data, subject to our reasonable assistance.
These terms are governed by the laws of [your State/Territory], Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
